Language points

会 huì not only can indicate ability, but also can indicate the possibility of the situation mentioned, most of the time, in the future. In this sentence structure, 会 should be placed before the main verb.

For example, 今天会下雨。 It may or will rain, but not now.

Turn it into questions, we can say 今天会下雨吗？

If yes, we can say 会 huì; if no, we can say 不会 bú huì 。

To answer in a completed sentences: 今天会下雨。今天不会下雨。
