This short course teaches a valuable skill: how to analyze and engineer your menu.

Developing menus that are both profitable and popular is a skill, obviously you want to aim for popular and profitable but this is not always the case, customers have different needs and preferences and food cost also impact your menu’s pricing.

Menu engineering is a combination of understanding which dishes are most beneficial on the menu as well as understanding what your customer wants and how best to position and sell dishes.
