  8. Play the sample bass line for a C blues.
  9. Attempt to improvise over the sample bass line for a C blues.
  10. Attempt to produce a bass line and improvisation over a C blues.
  11. Play the sample bass line for “Satin Doll” and add chords over the top.
  12. Attempt to produce a bass line and chords over the top for the simplified sequence of “Satin Doll”.
  13. Attempt to play chords in root position four to the bar to denote the pulse for “Satin Doll”.
