Sharing your screen with your patient

Learn about the share screen feature with Zoom and telehealth
It is important that you know how to share your screen with the patient.

For the PEAK training program, you can then play video clips of exercises for your patient to watch during the video consultations .

Please watch this video which explains how to share your screen:

To help you demonstrate exercises to patients (via screen sharing), you can access a dedicated PEAK program exercise website (peakosteoarthritis.com (Links to an external site.)). This website contains video demonstrations of each of the PEAK program home strengthening exercises. You may share this website with your patients so that they can access it any time. No log in is needed.

1) Enter the URL:

2) Bookmark the website on your browser: If you don’t know how to bookmark a website, follow these links for guidance:

WINDOWS: https://www.wikihow.com/Bookmark-a-Website

MAC: https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/safari/ibrw1039/mac

3) There are four tabs at the top of the Home page. If you scroll over the “Exercise videos” you will see a drop down that will help you navigate to the individual PEAK exercises:

4) Once you have selected a page you will find an outline of all the exercises available on the Left side for you to quickly navigate to a particular exercise. The directions, variations, and video clips for the exercises are available on the website for you to discuss while instructing the patient. You can also provide your patient with the instructions, including photographs, of each exercise with a copy of our “Exercise Booklet”- we will show you this in subsequent modules and the booklet is available as a PDF for downloading and printing.
