After completion of this week, you should be able to:

  1. Describe the aims of the PEAK program.

  2. Prescribe a lower limb strengthening program for people with knee osteoarthritis.

  3. Co-develop an individualised physical activity plan for a person with knee osteoarthritis.

  4. Deliver comprehensive educational information over five consultations for a person with knee osteoarthritis.

  5. Modify and progress a physical activity and strengthening exercise program for a person with knee osteoarthritis.
