What we've covered in week two

This week, we’ve explored what ‘good’ personalised care looks like for people. We introduced the personalised care key features and asked you to comment on them.

We also explored the enablers for personalised care and highlighted the commitment to develop 500 Peer Leaders by 2023/24.

Finally, we looked at the role of policy, guidance, legislation and good practice in supporting effective personalised care.
