Vision board:

  • A fun way to give yourself time out to focus on your business and life
  • A source of strength when times are tough
  • Helps with focus
  • Back it up with an action plan
  • Put on it what you really want realised!

How to create a vision board:

  • Using the results from your ‘why’ and values work, start pulling together lots of images, words and phrases from magazines and newspapers or images online.
  • If using magazines, get a piece of A2 or A3 paper and paste away!
  • Or create it online and print it out (create it in A4 and piece it together!).
  • Display it somewhere where you will be inspired by it every day.

Action board:

An action board consists of the daily or weekly activities that you will do to ensure your success. They are a visual representation and alongside your vision board, help you take consistent action.

Things to include on your action board could be:

  • Five minutes of meditation daily
  • Call three prospects each week
  • Take 30 minutes of exercise every day
  • Review goal tasks weekly
