在設計強度固定的運動訓練中,研究發現「走路」是最好的方式......

接續上一節醫師提到的居家肺部運動復健,需要設計強度固定的運動訓練。本節影片中,劉醫師會說明一個設計給COPD病患復健適合使用的手機APP教練,並說明研究結果。

在各種研究中發現,其實「走路」是最好的方式,不但對病人傷害較小,又能達到全身性的運動,醫師提出可以針對病患狀況設計復健計畫,透過手機app製作復健教練。該設計中主要透過音樂節奏的設定,能成為病人走路速度的標準,也因為音樂撥放時間等於實際運動時間,能對病人達到較好的監控管理。

在實際研究結果中,COPD病人透過手機音樂節奏控制步伐,比沒有使用此方式的病人有較好的復健效果。即使是一年後的再追蹤,手機組也有較好的運動表現,急診就診率、及急性惡化情形也較一般組稀少。
