Preventing violence against women

Now we have explained what Primary Prevention is, please watch these prevention films and consider the following questions:
We came to Scotland from many different countries. We bring with us our own ideas of what is a strong man, and what is a woman’s place. Ideas that come from our faith. Ideas that we will stick to. we know the uses of violence. We know what our hands are for. We know what to teach our sons. This is what we know. Violence against women must stop. Women and men are equal. It is in our holy book. I let go of the negative things from my culture. I hold on to the positive things. I will teach my son that violence is a sign of weakness.
As a strong man, my hands are full of gentleness.
Sign the white ribbon pledge. End violence against women.
