How to keep stress levels down.

COVID-19 is a stressful time. It is important to take care of yourself so you can support your children.

Here a a few things to consider in order to manage your own stress levels.

  • Take a break. Everyone needs time for them-self , make a list of activities that you would like to do
  • Listen to your children as children look to their parent for support and reassurance
  • Remember that you are not alone – many people are experiencing the same thoughts and feelings
  • Find someone that you can talk to
  • Avoid social media if this makes you feel more scared and fearful
