Congratulations on completing week 1. We hope that you have found the information useful.

To recap, we have covered the fundamentals of anxiety and its causes as well as the various types of disorders that can develop as a result.

We are in unprecedented times and stresses can be heightened so we hope that this first part of the course has armed you with an understanding of anxiety.

Next week we will be looking at practical applications and resources to help you create a fun and safe environment for your children to allow them to thrive throughout this difficult time.
