And, of course, you can take the course in your own speed. But I think we recommend that it would be good to to take it within the time of one week. And this first week, we will start with introducing the basic theories and the basic backgrounds around business models. This is will, for example, include the definition and the different components of a business model, but also give you more insights into what is like business model innovation and other important aspects around business models.

We will also introduce a very famous and important tool that everyone is talking about when it comes to business model development. And this is called the business model canvas. It’s used by a lot of consultants and a lot of companies, and many have succeeded with the help of the business model canvas to improve their businesses. And we will also build this task on exercises and discussions to really work with learning this different tools. And we will also, in doing this week, presented a very exciting example of a business model. And we really hope that we will get started with a discussion about strengths and weaknesses of this business model.
