Hello in this video, I will tell you very briefly what will happen in week two, this is also the second half of this course. And what we will do in this half is to get like deeper insights into each of the business model components. There are three components based on the definition. Our business model, which are value creation, value delivery and value capture when it comes to value creation, it is very important to get get to know the important part of this and to match the customer and the things the company is doing.

And we will also use an example and the tool of the value proposition canvas to get more insights and how to get creative around the value creation when it comes to value delivery delivery. We will talk a little bit more about your internal capabilities that you need to keep track on, but also the external relationships with partners and so on that you need to focus on. And this will also come together with a tool and some examples of this and also an exercise. And finally, the value capturing will talk about pricing, revenue models and also risk management, because this is very important to get the whole business model to get there.

And the course will after that end with the final quiz where you can prove and show that you have learned and I really know now all the things about business models.
