In this video Professor Kiran Trehan explains how ideas can come from listening to the experiences, frustrations, needs and wants of the people you will one day convert to customers. We can test reactions to ideas by looking for validation. It can be easy to convince yourself that the feedback is either positive, or that the negative feedback doesn’t matter.

We’ll look at how you can avoid confirmation bias with some techniques for securing actions from your prospective market, rather than warm words of encouragement.
