Creating a value proposition

In this video, University of York student Abdul talks about completing a Value Proposition Canvas.

A Value Proposition Canvas is a tool which helps us identify what problems people are experiencing, and gives us an insight into how to fix them. By looking for ‘pain’ we can see if there’s a potential business in solving that pain, or making something easier or more fun.

This activity takes time, and it never stops. Again, print the canvas out which is included within this Step, or make a large copy and have it on the wall. Keep adding new canvases for different customer types. Keep talking to customers to make your VPC more accurate, and keep asking questions.
