LEE MARTIN: Congratulations on completing the final week of Harnessing Cultural Diversity. We hope by now you’ve developed a deeper insight into culture and how it can influence the way we work in diverse teams. Over the last four weeks, we’ve explored a range of theories and approaches that we hope helped you to answer the big questions for this course. By now, you should have a better idea of what culture is, and why it matters when working in teams. In particular, you should be able to recognise and act on the challenges and opportunities of multicultural teams. You should also feel like you’re able to apply some of what you’ve learned in the course to confidently lead your multicultural team to higher performance.
