So far, we have been discussing preparation for your study session and Step 1 of the three-step model: Preview. Besides these study techniques, there is another thing useful to look at: do you manage to spend a sufficient and healthy amount of time on your studies?

We suggest you to read an article from The Guardian, about how tempting it is to waste your time. You also can find this article below, in PDF.

The article discusses how most of us tend to procrastinate on the things we are supposed to do, such as studying. The waste of time that results from this, seems fun at the moment (Internet, relaxing), but actually it doesn’t make you feel more happy at all.
