對於哺乳期的媽媽,在飲食上有一些建議。食物會對乳汁的成分產生影響。

從懷孕期間開始,女性就要注意食物的選擇。嬰兒出生後,母乳餵養的母親,可選擇的食物的種類是更多、限制更少。也就是說,要繼續吃你的各種水果和蔬菜。建議從所有食物類別中選擇各種健康食物。建議提供良好的蛋白質來源。雖然高熱量的食物不是必須的。

有些食物可能會抑制乳汁的分泌,比如韭菜、人蔘。儘量避免食用。另外,媽媽如果對海鮮過敏,或接觸到其他可能的過敏原,也可能會使寶寶產生過敏反應。陳教授建議一個一個嘗試,看看寶寶是否會對某種食物過敏。
