麩醯胺的補充方式

麩醯胺可以通過一般進食或灌食方式供給。有些配方會與其他營養素混合,以達到均衡的配方。麩醯胺也有以粉末或液體的形式出售,這樣只要打開喝就可以補充。也可以通過靜脈輸液來補充。

麩醯胺的建議量為氨基酸總量的15%-35%。對於正常人來說,每公斤體重會有1克左右的蛋白質。對於手術後的患者,由於體內蛋白質流失較多,對蛋白質的需求量比我們正常人需要的要多。對於手術後的患者來說,手術後患者的需求量是每公斤體重0.3克左右。
