Welcome to week two of the programme

A warm welcome from Jo Fitzgerald and Colin Royle.

Welcome to week two.

This week we want to hear from you about your experiences of the NHS – what has worked well and what needs to be done differently.

We will start to explore how the NHS intends to deliver more personalised care in the coming years and how this may benefit people. We’ll also hear from Anjjie and Michelle about how personalised care can help to make things better for people who have the poorest experience of health and care.

Firstly, we would like you to take a quiz exploring the changing demands on the health and care system.

Enjoy the week.
