Summary of week one

This week we’ve introduced the Peer Leadership Development Programme and its purpose. We’ve also explained who we are as course leaders and why personalised care matters to us. You’ve had guidance on how to prepare your profile and interact with other learners, said ‘hello’ to each other and described what you hope to get from this Step One course.

Next week, we’ll discuss why the NHS needs to change and the role of personalised care.
