Action plan: diverse innovation event

You’ve heard a couple of ways to engage with and listen to communities in the video you just watched. Now we’d like you to think more deeply about how you could build a culture of full participation and high engagement where individuals feel valued and share a sense of belonging?

Using the same framework as for the action plan you created earlier, now make a plan for an event or activity that supports diverse innovation. As before, you’ll think about a goal, tactic, timeline, oversight and metrics.
