Review of the week

Next steps following completion of this short course.
Congratulations on completing Week 2 of Understanding Systems Thinking in Healthcare.

This week, we’ve explored healthcare system mapping as a systematic approach to understanding, analysing and optimising the activities, processes and functions within complex healthcare systems to help improve how they operate.

We also discussed healthcare system mapping as a (preferably) graphical representation of an end-to-end description of the actors/stakeholders, activities/interactions and requirements of a process for making change.

Thank you for joining us for this short course. This short course is the introductory two-week course for a program in Leading in Complex Health Systems, which forms part of the Master of Business Administration (Health Care Sector) online degree at Coventry University, delivered on FutureLearn.

If you would like to continue learning with Coventry University, you can apply now or register your interest to join the full Master of Business Administration (Health Care Sector) online degree, which leads to an internationally recognised qualification.
