It is production time! This means you are going to be supplying to the market. Whether you are a chef in the kitchen who has redesigned their menu, a person who has a stall selling products at the local food market or someone who is approaching retailers to stock their product, you need to get production underway by:

  • Order supplies.
  • Train your staff to prepare the product and practice production.
  • Produce and package the product for sale.
  • Find suitable transportation (logistics) for your product to get it to market.
  • Launch stage one of your marketing plan. We will discuss your marketing plan in a coming lesson.
