This week we focussed on developing our understanding about the student experience. We explored a wide range of definitions of ‘student experience’ as well as how to evaluate the student experience.
Through some of the resources and activities we further explored:
  • factors influencing student experience
  • a range of perspectives on the student experience
  • use of student evaluation surveys
  • concept of ‘closing the loop’ and ‘feedback loop’.
In Week 4 we focus on your mini-evaluation. The learning activities and resources of the week will help you with your mini-evaluation. The week has practical application and provides you with opportunity to put the theory and your understanding into practice.

Reflection point

Take the time to think about the how the learnings from this week relate to your context and practice. These reflections will contribute to your ePortfolio task 3(b).
