Previously, skills used to be very much around communication sorts of skills which are still fundamentally very important but as we now move into a new technological age, what we call now the industrial revolution, employers are very much looking for how you problem solve effective communication still exists and team work they are still strong interpersonal skills very important because they want to know that you can adapt to change and work with people globally as well, so interpersonal skills are still very very much important and creativity how we can overcome adversity and those sorts of things.
