Welcome this week

This video welcomes you to week three and shares the week's learning outcomes with you.
Greetings, welcome to week three of our Cultural Intelligence course. This week we will learn about cultural intelligence, cognition, or knowledge. Our learning outcome this week is for you to recognize and report your own understanding of how cultures are similar and how they are different. Your learning on cultural values and dimensions during the first week will be very helpful to you. This week, we will examine the knowledge of cultural intelligence relating to Business, Values and Norms, Socio-Linguistics and Leadership. Also as a reminder, this course is designed for you to practice social learning theory. This means you’ll reflect on what you experience and learn and enter into discussions with your fellow learners.
Please respond to the discussion prompts and share your experiences and stories. Please mark the steps you complete, and celebrate your learning success. I hope you’ll enjoy your learning and discussions this week.
We are happy you are joining us in week three.
