Misbehaviour that inflicts damage or is destructive
The third category of organisational misbehaviour that we’ll look at is misbehaviour that inflicts damage or is destructive.
This type of misbehaviour is destructive, inflicts internal or external damage and also violates the wellbeing and survival of the organisation. It usually involves members of the organisation who deliberately set out to cause damage or destruction.
