Leiden University has a campus in Leiden and The Hague, with 7 faculties, 47 Bachelor Programmes, 79 Master Programmes and nearly 30,000 students. So far, Leiden University academic staff have won 16 Nobel prizes. The integration of research with learning is key to our vision on teaching and learning.

Since 2013 Leiden University has experimented with online learning through the Centre for Innovation, creating access for more than 1,5 million learners in MOOCs, while also applying other forms of online, blended and XR learning.
